Positive meditation by groups has been proven to be very effective. I'm glad to be a part of a group like this and hope we can all actively help each other.

We are all expressions of love, compassion, and joy, this service only deepends and enriches us when given as well as recieved, thank you for this honor and expression of love...I am reminded that in order to defeat our enemies, we must learn from them, for hate begets more hate and love more love, keeping them close for they are our greatest teachers, I pray that the world be quickened by spiritual unity, ( mind, body, and spirit) to help restore ballance and harmony peace, love and joy to the World and that my prayers for spiritual awakening made complete in whatever may be needed to maintain order and assist others on their journies to peace, love and transendence. Namaste!!

Dear friends:
Although, we are separated by geographical distance, we can meditate as a group on the same subject, (world peace, anything else,) the same day, or weak. Somebody has to take the initiative to suggest, to ask, - in other words - to manage the group. The members should be more active.

An outpouring of love for your friends united in the conviction that great outcomes can be achieved when friends unite,

For in numbers lies our strength. The bigger the group the greater it's influence.

If you know one person who will listen to you, and join us your power of one is manifest and the love you feel in your heart is now spreading into the world. How precious are you who take this message to heart.
